1. Data Privacy & Handling
DealerAmmo ("The Extension") is a proprietary script deployment plane. The Extension does not read, scrape, transmit, or store customer data (PII) from the CRM, email, or messaging platforms it resides on. It functions solely as a retrieval tool for user-pinned scripts.
2. Limitation of Liability
DealerAmmo provides the technology platform only. The User assumes all responsibility for the selection, creation, and modification of scripts. DealerAmmo is not responsible for the outcomes, compliance, or legalities of communications sent using these scripts.
3. System Access
To provide functionality, the Extension requires permission to inject the sidebar interface. All access is logged via a unique Node ID. Unauthorized use or attempts to reverse-engineer the data plane are strictly prohibited.
